“Get Connected” is the theme of the 2012 SAE World Congress, which will take place in Detroit April 24-26.
SAE International, a global association of more than 128,000 engineers and technical experts, organizes an annual conference and exhibition that tends to focus on the major new trends in automotive technology.
In 2012, the organizers want to focus on car-to-car and car-to-infrastructure connections as well as on how vehicles interact with the electrical grid. In addition, conference sessiosn will look at connections and relationships between the engineers themselves as they develop the next generation of vehicle technology.
